Promote and increase community investment in the achievement of equality, economic empowerment and justice for all citizens regardless of race, age, gender, disability, or sexual orientation through civil discourse, education, social interaction, and engagement with community leaders with an emphasis on black leadership in order to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive community that meets the needs of all its citizens.
